The picture shows a new Gate Driver PCB for driving a Full H-Bridge using Silicon MOSFETS.

This board uses two of the Analog Devices Corp (ADC) P/N: AduM4221-2, isolated half-bridge driver IC to make a 4-channel, full H-Bridge gate driver. Of course, the upper FETs both need an isolated 12VDC to 15VDC power supply. This can often be supplied by the lower FET supply, but in this case, I used a 6 watt, 3-channel isolated flyback power supply with +12VDC Input and 3 identical channels of +15VDC Output. I don’t need a 4th channel since the lower FETs share the same ground reference and hence, can use the same +15VDC supply.
